1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moolzen LLP("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India (LLPIN: ADA-3946, RoC Patna), with registered office at Vill Kuretha, Block Mansahi, Kuretha, Katihar, Bihar, India — 854107.

By accessing, downloading, or using the Moolzen web application, mobile applications, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Educational & Virtual Simulation Disclaimer

The virtual money, cash balances, coins, gems, and portfolio balances provided on Moolzen are solely simulated instruments for learning, gaming, and practice purposes. They hold no real monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute real investments.

Moolzen LLP is not a SEBI-registered broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or research analyst. No content, chart, AI commentary, or leaderboard metric on Moolzen constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past simulated performance is not indicative of real-market results.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Moolzen. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, fraud, or violation of applicable regulations.
• Exploit software bugs, reverse-engineer, use automated bots, or manipulate virtual trading leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse, or post defamatory content in community contests or user profiles.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, data, or user accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Moolzen offers both free features and optional premium subscriptions or in-app virtual items. All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by our payment policies and the applicable platform store guidelines (Apple App Store / Google Play).

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including design, trademarks, logos, audio, UI layouts, animations, and software code, are the proprietary property of Moolzen LLP or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal learning and entertainment.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a request through our dedicated Account Deletion page or by emailing contact@moolzen.com. Moolzen LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moolzen LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Platform, or for any investment decisions made in real financial markets.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Katihar / Patna, Bihar, India.
